🎨 Can I customize a product?
Of course! Our T-shirts can be customized on the front or back.

🎁 How does the Gift Card work?
Super easy and super flexible:

Enter the lucky person's email.

Decide when you want him to receive the surprise.

Add a personalized greeting message.

Finalize your purchase.
The person will receive the Gift Card via email with the code to use on the site.
A copy is also sent to you, so you can be sure that everything went well.
📏 What sizes are available?
It depends on the product! You can always find a detailed size guide on each item page.

🧼 How do you wash your clothes?
Easy:

🚚 How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We print everything within 2-5 business days.
Then we ship in 1-2 days (depends on the area).
⚠️ During busy periods (Black Friday, sales, etc.) it may take up to 10 days.
🌍 Do you also ship abroad?
Yes, but only in European Community countries.
For extra EU shipments, we are working on it!
🎀 Can I add a gift box?
Yes! With only 4 euros you can select the gift option during purchase.
We package everything with care, ready to surprise!
📦 The package is damaged: what do I do?
If the package arrives damaged, refuse it and inform the courier immediately.
Then write to us at info@bizkidz.it, we will help you!
📬 I didn't receive my order: where is it?
There are two main reasons:

The address you entered was incorrect (it happens).

The courier didn't find you (he tries 3 times).

🔁 Can I make a return?
Yes, within 14 days!
Only customized products are excluded (unless defective).
Go to the “Make a return” page to find out everything.
🔄 Can I make an exchange?
Exchanges are also ok within 14 days, with the same rules as returns.

🛰️ How do I track my order?
As soon as the package leaves, you will receive an email and a text message from us + one from the courier with the tracking.
